Whether you connect with your customers and community through blogs, articles, newsletters, UX or other, keep them engaged and invested with a content strategy that puts them first.
Having bulit a diversity and inclusion community into a 7-figure business, I now work with leaders on embedding inclusion in their companies and teams.
Level-up your inclusive leadership skills
Inclusive leadership takes courage, persistence and kind guidance. I use specially designed Inclusion Coaching tools to help business leaders tackle their inclusion challenges by raising their self-awareness, looking at problems from a different angle, and factoring in perspectives they may not be used to hearing.
Develop comms that are effortlessly inclusive
Inclusive communication is often one of the biggest challenges faced by leadership teams. I’ll be your second pair of eyes andaudit it, give feedback and edit the work to make sure your message lands and that everyone is learning in the process.
For teams and individuals, I facilitate creative writing workshops to spark inspiration and reconnect with our inherent creativity.
Shake up your team’s creativity
With over a decade of workshop facilitation and creative (as well as professional) writing experience, I run fun, interactive workshops with your teams that inspire creativity and give them a new perspective on the work they know and love to do every day.
Come back to your creative self
As a practicing and published poet, I use poetry as a way of facilitating creative expression for individuals, as a way to tell their own stories, share their perspectives, or simply have an outlet and see where it takes them.
Need an inspirational speaker for your event? I ‘ve done talks on: the power of purpose, the importance of inclusive language, modern-day parenting and why we need creativity.

A natural on stage and in front of audiences
Since I was a child I’ve always been on stages performing. Whether it was school concerts, part of the wind band, spoken word, samba gigs or giving keynote speeches, being in front of an audience is often where I feel I most belong.
I like to combine storytelling with interactivity, and a healthy sprinkling of humour. I’ve spoken in front of leadership teams, young creatives, women in tech, entrepreneurs, diversity and inclusion practitioners, to name a few.
Once a self-proclaimed city girl, I hung up my London-speed shoes in 2021 for a slower pace of life in Muscat, Oman. Here, I go on weekly hikes (if the sun isn’t too hot), swim in the sea every other day and am part of at least two book clubs. It’s the perfect place to raise my son.
Just before leaving London, I completed a Masters with Distinction in Culture, Diaspora, Ethnicity, for which I researched and wrote on Black Lives Matter, the farmer suicide epidemic in India, the power of digital communication to democratise voices, and hip hop as a liberatory artform. I am a student and deep lover of jazz.
I am part of the 4 BROWN GIRLS WHO WRITE poetry collective. We’ve published a pamphlet collection by the same name, and several of my poems have been anthologised.

I’ve been lucky enough to work with the best of them.
